1. Overload operation of square cooling tower equipment


Make the water pump motor run at the rated current or over-rated current for a long time. 2. The square cooling tower water pump motor works in a humid working environment

Cooling tower equipment should check the ground insulation and phase-to-phase insulation of the coil before starting the water pump motor. The insulation requirements of different voltage levels are also different, and you can refer to the relevant standards for inspection. During the operation of the water pump motor, attention should be paid to the waterproof and moisture-proof of the water pump motor.

3. The problem with the heat dissipation of the water pump motor of the square cooling tower

Generally, water pump motor coils are air-cooled shells, and square cooling tower submersible pumps are water-cooled shells. Large-scale water pump motors are mostly cooled by air-to-air heat exchangers and air-to-water heat exchangers. If the cooling water (air) is cut off, the coil cannot dissipate heat, and the coil may be burnt.

4. The mechanical failure of the square cooling tower pump causes the water pump motor to be overloaded
