c. The distance between the air outlet of the cooling tower and the obstacle should be more than 1.5m.
(3) Installation of electric control cabinet
1. Site selection
a. The electric control box should be installed in a dry place with little dust pollution and no corrosive gas. It should be considered in terms of materials
b. The length of the cable should be as long as possible.
2. Box installation
a. The rear of the wall-mounted electric control box has a lifting lug, which can be installed on the wall. The installation height should be as convenient as possible for operation and observation.
b. The vertical cabinet type electric control box should be placed on a stable cement floor. If possible, the foundation can be built to fix the electric control cabinet.
3. Selection of installation cable
The cable shall be selected according to the national standard, and the cable protective layer shall not be damaged. The cable model shall be selected according to the instructions on the electrical schematic diagram. The control cable of the fan and water pump shall be a three-phase four core wire, and the main cable of the control cabinet shall be a three-phase five core wire
4. Wiring
When wiring, the cable should be put through the metal hose or PVC wiring pipe. If possible, the metal channel and metal pipe can be considered to ensure the service life and safety of the cable.
5. Wiring
The wiring of the control cabinet shall be connected according to the instructions in the electrical schematic diagram. Requirements: when wiring, the screw shall be tightened, the wire shall be free of copper wire leakage, and the terminal shall be installed at the terminal.
