When multiple square cooling towers are combined together, when the same water collecting tray is used, the air chambers between the parallel towers should be cut off.
(1) The installation location of the square cooling tower should be well ventilated to avoid short circuit of air flow and the influence of high temperature and high humidity exhaust gas or non-clean gas in the building.

(1) Pay attention to ensure that the diameter error of the air outlet of the upper tower body should be as small as possible after the tower body is assembled in blocks.
(2) The installation surface of the foundation shall be flat and ensure that it is on the same water surface, and the axis of the lower column and the lower water inlet pipe is perpendicular to the foundation surface. Ensure that the lower column and the lower water inlet pipe are in good contact with the foundation, and the foundation is embedded with steel plates.
(3) When selecting a circulating cooling tower water pump, pay attention to its flow rate in line with the cooling water volume. When using, the cooling tower should be kept within the range of ±5% of the design volume, so as to avoid excessive water resistance and affect the cooling effect.
(4) The direction of the water inlet and outlet pipes can be adjusted by changing the direction of the screw holes on the flange according to the actual situation on site.
(5) The fan should be installed to draw air upwards, the gap between the fan blade end and the tower body should be uniform not more than 100mm, the four blades should be adjusted at the same angle, and the rotation plane of the impeller should be perpendicular to the center line.
(6) Pay attention to make the circular arc surface of the gasket fit with the circular arc surface of the rib root of the square cooling tower, and the lower shell should be assembled to ensure watertightness.
(7) The power supply should have safety measures. After the power cord is connected, the motor junction box should be sealed to prevent moisture from entering and burning the motor.
(8) The installation surface of the water-spraying packing layer is required to be flat and the spacing is uniform.
