Ⅲ. According to the plane layout of the cooling tower body, use the laser to cut small pieces of packaging materials
1. The middle of the assembly block should be squeezed tightly and covered. The packing and tower wall, shaft, column and beam should also be extruded and laid, and the large gap should not exceed 20mm. When installing, pay attention to the left and right specificity of the assembled blocks. The top of each layer of the wall should be laid and leveled, and the virtual beam should be cleaned and tidy, and there should be no dirt blocking.
2. When it is necessary to work on the filler during installation, maintenance and other work, be sure to lay the tablet computer to carry out, and it is forbidden to step on it immediately.
3. During the whole process of construction, assembly and installation, it is forbidden to weld the enclosed cooling tower filler, and fire safety measures must be taken.
4. Full-time personnel should be assigned to undertake the installation, and the organization should be strictly inspected anytime and anywhere to ensure the installation quality.
The closed cooling tower packing is generally replaced by PVC material, and the application is simple and clear, and the circle is circled to the circle.
