What Will Affect the Service Life of the Square Cooling Tower

Ⅰ. The component that determines the service life of a square cooling tower: fans


Aluminum alloy wide blade fans are selected in the exhaust system of the cooling tower. The square cooling tower fan uses aluminum alloy blades. The connecting beam is made of a carbon steel plate, which has the advantages of lightweight, stable operation and low noise. The cooling tower fan has undergone a balance test in the processing plant, and the balance weight is placed on each blade. During the installation process, the user is not allowed to remove the mating metal plate. The fan angle of the cooling tower is fixed and can be adjusted according to the user's air volume requirements when leaving the factory. During the use and installation process, the user cannot adjust the angle of the blades at will. Otherwise, it will cause problems such as fan vibration and high noise. The fan affects the service life of the cooling tower and affects the cooling efficiency.


Ⅱ. The component that determines the service life of the square cooling tower: water pipe


Cooling tower cloth water pipes are usually made of plastic pipes, while high temperature cooling tower cloth water pipes are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The water distribution pipe is connected with the water distribution pipe through a thread, and its angle is fixed according to a closed nut. Water is sprayed from the water distribution hole at an angle of 38 degrees, and the hydrodynamic force pushes the water distributor to rotate. It should be noted here that PVC or ABS type water distribution pipes are used for cooling towers whose inlet water temperature exceeds 60 degrees. However, there is no problem in the short term. They will definitely bend and deform after a long time. In order to ensure the service life of the square cooling tower, the high-quality water distribution pipe cooling tower uses a rotating water distributor. The material of the water distributor can be selected from ABS engineering plastics, aluminum alloys and copper alloys. The service life of our water distributor is as long as ten years, and the rotating parts do not need to be lubricated. It is recommended that customers use fibreglass cloth water pipes, aluminum alloy rotors or copper rotors in high-temperature cooling towers. The copper rotor can extend the service life of the cooling tower. Stainless steel screws, etc., such accessories will affect the service life of the cooling tower.


Ⅲ. The component that determines the service life of the square cooling tower: glass fiber plastic shell


The square cooling tower has strong corrosion resistance and can be used in environments that are corroded by acid mist for a long time. The glass fiber reinforced plastic shell is glass fiber imported from the United States. The appearance is beautiful and generous. After careful polishing and assembly, the dimensions are accurate and smooth. FRP is made of 107 resin, fiber felt, fiber cloth, catalyst, curing agent and other raw materials. The surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic shell has a mirror luster, thereby improving the material's corrosion resistance. The connection between the shell and the plate is all made of stainless steel bolts, which prolongs the service life and facilitates disassembly.
